Why we’re different

Insurance Companies Know Which Firms Will Fold.

Most personal injury firms never see a courtroom. They take your case, negotiate the minimum, and move on. Insurance adjusters know exactly who to lowball.

01

We Go to Court

We prepare every case for trial. Insurance companies know our reputation. That’s why they offer fair settlements.

02

You Talk to Your Lawyer

Not a paralegal. Not a call center. Your attorney knows your name, your case, and your situation. That is how a law firm should work.

03

37 Years in New York Courts

We know the judges, the defense attorneys, and how to win in the five boroughs and Long Island.

Car Accidents

The adjuster already decided what you’re worth, and it’s low. We make them prove that number to a jury, or pay what your case is really worth.

New York logged its safest year since 1910. We read the city’s own crash record and counted what the headline leaves out: 9,134 pedestrians injured in 2025, 77 for every one killed, pedestrian deaths flat since 2014, and the harm the sidewalk itself does never counted.

How It Works

Four Steps. One Goal. Your Recovery.

1

Call Us

Tell us what happened. An attorney reviews your case within 24 hours. No fee, no obligation, no runaround.

2

We Investigate

We deal with the insurance companies while you focus on recovery. Our team gathers evidence, documents everything, and builds your file.

3

We Prepare for Trial

Every case is prepared for court. That preparation is why insurance companies settle with our clients before we get there.

4

You Get Paid

You pay nothing unless we win. When we recover money, our fee comes out of that recovery. Not your pocket.

FAQ

Answers Before You Ever Pick Up the Phone

How do I know if I have a valid personal injury case?
You may have a valid case if someone else’s negligence caused your injury. This covers car accidents, slip and falls, workplace incidents, and medical errors. Three things have to be true: someone owed you a duty of care, they broke that duty, and breaking it directly caused your injuries and losses. A free consultation with us can tell you where you stand, with no obligation.
How much does it cost to hire a personal injury lawyer?
Nothing up front. We work on contingency: our fee is a percentage of what we recover for you, and if we recover nothing, you owe no attorney’s fee. The firm advances case expenses. You will see the fee in writing before you sign anything.
What should I do immediately after an accident?
Get medical attention the same day, even if you feel fine. The record insurers read first is the one created in the first 72 hours. Report the crash, photograph the scene and your injuries, collect witness names and numbers, and file the DMV’s MV-104 report within 10 days where it is required. Do not give a recorded statement to the other side’s insurer before you have spoken to a lawyer.
How long do I have to file a personal injury lawsuit in New York?
In most New York personal injury cases the deadline is three years from the date of injury. Medical malpractice is generally two years and six months, and wrongful death is two years. Claims against the City of New York or a public authority are far shorter: a notice of claim is normally due within 90 days. These clocks are unforgiving, so call well before you are close to one.
Will my case go to trial?
Most cases settle. Ours settle well because we build every file as though a jury will see it, and the carriers across the table know our record. If their number does not reflect what you actually lost, we are ready to try it.
